Did you know that rates of youth drinking have been declining steadily for 20 years?🍻

With so many celebs opening up about their sobriety and the ‘wellness’ buzzword on everyone’s lips, I decided to try to find out why more & more young people are questioning the status quo around drinking culture. It was a total joy to work on this package for @bbcacrosstheline.

It was amazing to hear from such successful and inspiring people who are becoming more intentional with their drinking - whether they are fully sober, straight edge or just sober curious. I personally don’t drink and I feel like it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - but everyone is on their own journey and that’s what life is all about lads 🥂 💖
